Talk to us about:

Home Visits

The doctors may do home visits, within a 5km radius, for patients who are unable to attend the surgery. Patients with a disability can also discuss these options with their doctor.

Requests for home visits should be made in the morning, if possible, to enable the doctor to schedule a suitable time.

If your problem is urgent, requiring immediate attention, call and ask to speak with your doctor or phone for an ambulance.

Telehealth

Telehealth appointments are available for existing patients who have been seen at the practice within the last 12 months. Consultation fees will apply.

Please note appointment times are approximate only and face to face appointments will take priority. You should receive a call within a few hours of your booked appointment time. Should you miss the call, the doctor will attempt to call you again. If you require a specific time, please discuss with reception as advised above this may not be possible.

Repeat Scripts & Referrals

While repeat prescriptions or updated referrals usually require an appointment, you can also submit ongoing requests through the HotDoc Quick Consult option on our website. Please note that approval is at your doctor’s discretion.
